All products are handcrafted with care, and slight variations in colour, scent, or appearance may occur - these are part of each item's natural character.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices or product details at any time.

Payments are securely processed through trusted third - party  providers.

Your payment details are never stored or shared.

Orders & Availability

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be refund or alternative product.

Shipping & Local Pickup

We currently ship Australia Post. Delivery time typically range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

Pickup be appointment - please contact us directly to organise a suitable time.

we are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once your order has been dispatched, but we'll always do our best to assist if an issue arises.

Returns & Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at occandle.9@gmail.com.

We will offer a replacement, or refund as required by law.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for used candles, diffusers, and room sprays or change-of-mind purchases.
